Connor’s Photos from Week 2

Another successful week in the bag. We have completed the three tiers on each side and are ready to start construction of the towers, which will sit on top of the tiers. Once completed the top of the bridge will be 4.4 meters tall. We will also be contracting the approach walls this week.

Tim, Catherine, and Caroline will be staying in Kigali for the next three days to fabricate the 47 steel crossbeams needed for the bridge, not an easy task.

The team is having a great time. We are constantly exploring and meeting new people. We are in an amazing place and I couldn’t be happier with how the project is progressing.

Here are some pictures from the week.
